Monitoring/Evaluation and Education Specialist for final study, SEAQE Sahel

ADRA Norway is looking for monitoring and evaluation, and education specialist candidates or firms to design the final evaluation study of the Norad-funded education programme SEAQE Sahel, in Mali and Niger. The deadline for submitting the evaluation study is 12 March 2021.
