External Evaluator for education programs

ADRA Norway is seeking proposals from relevant parties to take on the role of External Evaluator for the final evaluation of two of our education programs in line with the below Terms of Reference and annexes.

The deadline for proposals is 27. October, 2023, Norwegian time.
